No, TOPNOTE is not run by a music label. It’s an independent magazine that is run by a small team of writers, photographers and designers. It is not sponsored by or affiliated with any music management company or marketing agency.

TOPNOTE is owned and managed by Ella Faye Howcroft, and the magazine runs with a small team of independent contributors.
